3 Days in Quito, Ecuador: Historic Center Highlights

On our Galapagos trip, we spent ten days on Ecuador's mainland, including three days in the capital city, Quito—one at the start and two more after returning from the Galapagos. We chose a hotel near the historical center, enabling us to explore churches, old streets, and attractions day and night. Though it was dry season, we had light rain almost every day.
