Longquan, Lishui: Celadon, Swords & Lush Forests in Zhejiang

Longquan, a county-level city in Lishui, Zhejiang Province, sits in southwest Zhejiang at the borders with Fujian and Jiangxi. Known as the 'Ouwu Bamin thoroughfare,' it has been a historic trade and travel hub between these regions. A national historical and cultural city, Longquan is famed as the capital of celadon porcelain and swords. It's the world's birthplace of mushroom cultivation and China's first ganoderma lucidum township. With 84.2% forest coverage, it's a national forest city, ecological demonstration area, and health city.
