Shuyuanmen Pedestrian Street: Xi’an Ancient Culture Walk

Shuyuanmen Pedestrian Street is named after the Guanzhong Academy located here, which was the highest educational institution during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Unlike typical commercial streets, the shops here are unique and simple, selling celebrity paintings, the four treasures of the study, seals, and more. On the street, people write Chinese calligraphy, creating a surprising scene for foreign tourists.
