Bundi Fort in Rajasthan is a beautiful historic fortress nestled amid hills with an intriguing past. Originally under Bunda Meena rule, it was later conquered by the Hada Rajputs. We visited during the rainy season amid flood-like conditions, with water flowing through streets and temples submerged in Naval Sagar Lake. The weather was splendid. We admired Bundi's exquisite paintings and explored parts of the vast fort, though it wasn't fully open.
